- For ‘PAY AT CHECK-IN’ rates we require 14 days advance notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- For ‘PAY NOW AND SAVE’ rates, once confirmed, reservations are non-refundable and no changes (except adding days) can be made. Additionally, our reservation agents cannot access your reservation or make changes or cancellations. Any modifications must be done online through your account.
- All packages (such as The Family Fun Package, Delivery Firewood, etc) have a 3 day cancellation.
- For Large Group Bookings (3 or more cabins and/or RV sites) full payment is required at time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Once you have checked-in, you are responsible for payment for your entire stay. If you need to depart prior to your original check-out date, please see management.
