Cabins
Thirty-four furnished, water-view cabins that sleep anywhere from one to sixteen. Eight are the original Corps of Engineers fishing cabins — small, close to the water and beloved by anglers. Two- and three-bedroom cabins suit families; the six-bedroom houses handle reunions and corporate groups.
Every cabin includes cable television, towels and linens, basic dishes, cookware and utensils, a BBQ grill, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot unless noted. Several cabins are pet friendly for a $35 per-pet fee. Free Wi-Fi is available across the resort, though signal varies by cabin.

RV sites
Nineteen waterfront and lake-view gravel sites with 30- or 50-amp electric, water, a picnic table and fire ring, and a dump station on property. Up to six people (four adults) per site. Pull straight through to the boat ramp, or walk to the fuel dock for ice and firewood. Lighthouse has no tent camping.

Boat rentals
Berkshire and Trifecta tritoons (24 feet, 115–200 hp, up to 11–12 guests) and a Highfield RIB for four, rented by the half day or the full day from the marina. Tubes are the most popular add-on; kayaks and paddleboards rent by the hour. Renters must be 21; you pay for the fuel you use.

Marina & slips
Covered 20- to 50-foot slips with electricity and water included, fully enclosed boathouses, jet-ski lifts and HydroHoist lift leases. Lighthouse is the only marina on Lake Texoma that offers both prepaid and month-to-month leases — no annual contract, no hidden fees. Slips are in demand; join the waitlist and we'll call when one opens.
Transient slips for overnight cabin guests are available — ask at check-in.

Fuel dock & general store
One of the only fuel docks on the lake open year-round, pumping ValvTect marine fuel. The store stocks oil and marine supplies, live and frozen bait, rods and tackle, groceries and sandwiches, beer and wine, ice, charcoal, firewood, gifts and apparel — plus Lake Texoma fishing licenses. TAP members save 5–10¢ per gallon and 5–10% in the store.

Recreation & fishing
A lakefront playground, community fire pit, fishing pier, boat ramp and PWC ramp, fish-cleaning station and pavilion. Lighthouse sits in Little Mineral near the dam — striper water — and is home base for many of the lake's best guides. Sand bass, crappie, black bass and blue cats round out the catch.
