The Policies
- Check-In time is 3pm. We cannot guarantee cabin availability until 3pm and is strictly enforced
- Check-Out time is 11am. Please notify the Marina Office to see if late checkout is an option. (fee required)
- Reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak season (April 1st-October 31st).
- A Major Credit Card is required to hold all reservations. You are not charged until arrival, unless you choose the ‘Pay Now and Save’ rate.
- If you choose to pay cash, a $250 security deposit is required on a Major Credit Card for each cabin.
- Payment is due upon check-in and full payment is required prior to us giving you your key.
- When booking three or more properties (cabins or rv sites), we require full payment when booking and this is non-refundable. We strongly recommend each member of large groups to book their reservations individually.
- Minimum stay is 2 nights during the peak season (April 1st- October 31st) and during Texas and Oklahoma Spring Break weeks (Usually middle of March).
- Holiday Weekends and other special events require a 3 night minimum.
- Minimum age of renter is 25 years old and must be present during stay.
- If the office is closed when you arrive, we require using our Online Check-In Process. Make sure you sign up for text alerts for instructions. This can be done at TexomaDestinations.com/myvacation.
- All of our cabins feature cable tv and are equipped with towels, linens, basic dishes and cooking utensils, a refrigerator and microwaves (unless otherwise specified on the cabin’s page). Damage, loss, or theft to any of these items will result in your credit card being charged. Each towel or linen damage is a minimum fee of $10.00 per item.
- Our housekeeping staff works hard to clean and maintain each cabin, and all cabins are freshened prior to your arrival. After your stay, you should leave cabin neat & tidy, remove all personal items and foods from cabin, wash all dishes and cooking utensils, and collect all garbage and place in the dumpsters provided at the entrance. Please report any damages or other issues to Marina Office prior to your departure. If a cabin is left excessively dirty a minimum fee of $250.00 may be charged to your credit card.
- If you have any issues with the cleanliness of your cabin upon arrival, please feel free to contact the Marina Office and we will send Housekeeping to assist you. Please note that no discounts or refunds will be made if you fail to notify us of issues until your departure.
- Keys can be left in cabin and lock the door behind you. Failure to return keys will result in a $25.00 per key fee charged to your credit card.
- Cabin tenants must obey all posted rules and are not allowed on boathouses or docks except for the fuel dock & general store and the fishing dock / fish cleaning station located on Boathouse 3. If you need a nightly slip for your boat along with your cabin, please notify us when making your reservation. Nightly slips are available on a first come first serve basis to our guests for $25.00 per night (covered).
- Please be respectful and courteous to the other guests at the Marina. Quiet Hours are from 11pm-7am. The first time you have to be warned you will be assessed a fine of $75. If problem persists, we reserve the right to eject any person or persons who create a disturbance or become a nuisance without refunds.
- Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated at any time. We reserve the right to eject any person or persons who create a disturbance or become a nuisance without refunds.
- All of our cabins are non-smoking. There is a $250 deep cleaning fee for smoking in a non-smoking cabins.
- We do not allow any tents on our property. Tents cannot be placed outside of a cabin.
- You acknowledge and understand that each guest or guardian is solely responsible for any loss by any person while on premises including the loss of money, jewelry or any other personal item. You should take precautions such as locking your auto and cabin and removing valuables
- Lighthouse Resort and Marina is not responsible for any accident or injury to any person while on premises, and that accepts no legal or financial responsibility. You, your guests, and guardians, assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from any recreational activity and will hold us harmless.
